PR Visa application - Employment records
Hi guys,
My husband and I received our ITA just over a week ago and are completing our application now.
One of the items on the list of required documents is employment records/ a reference from your employer.
My husband currently works for a company and he needs a reference from his current employer for our application (even though i'm the main applicant). However he is concerned that this will make his employer think he is leaving his job or leaving for a competitor.
How have people got round this one?

By telling them that it's for immigration purposes?
