Default PR renewal with 1088 days out of country in 5 years

I will be filing for my PR renewal. I have about 1088 days out of country in the past 5 years. Basically i landed in 2003 went back for ~1088 days and came back and have been here in canada ever since , gainfully employed , filing my taxes.

So meets the basic requirement of less than 1095 days out of coutry..

1> Will i have trouble getting my PR renewed?

2> What are good proofs to be attached to avoid trouble?

3> My Pr will expire in next 10 days .
If my PR renew gets delayed and need to travel out of the country what can i do..
