PR Cards - Photo Problems Corrections
Hi
It appears that CIC is addressing the photo problems with the PR cards. As about 15% are rejected. In most instances you will no longer have to deal with the local CIC. If the photo is rejected, Sydney will send out the notification and instructions for a new photo. The new photo will then be mailed directly to Sydney.
