Default PR Card Renewal and Marital Status

Hi everyone,

I became a PR a few years ago after my ex-partner sponsored me. When I applied and got PR it was under common-law, then after I became a PR we got married but after things didn't work out we are now divorced (just over a year ago).

I assume I should put divorced and not single as my marital status on the PR card application? Also, my name hasn't changed, but that section mentions submitting marriage and divorce certificates. But again, I assume I don't need to do this as my name is the same. Am I correct here?

Thanks!
