Apologies if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything in my search results.

I am stuck on the PR Card Renewal application form as I noticed that the instructions stated that we must fill out all sections and if a section does not apply to you write NA as incomplete applications will be returned.

Do we actually have to write NA in every blank box? Does that include Question 26 as the application form says to complete this section only if you are applying to replace a lost, stolen, destroyed card etc?

Also, for Question 21(travel history) in the "From" and "To" columns would we enter the dates we left or entered Canada, but to calculate the number of days for the trip we would just count the days where we had no presence in Canada at all i.e. if we left Canada on Monday and returned on Friday, we would just count Tues, Wed, Thurs and so the number of days would be 3?

CRA Guide explains everything clearly. So to answer your question, you just leave it blank.
