PR Card Renewal
Hi -Not posted in here for a long time 
I managed to let my PR Card expire and am currently filling out the forms - I seem to remember having to get someone from Government sign off on one of the documents but I cant see it on the form I have here . Am I missing something or did I imagine having a signatory last time ?

I have renewed a PR card 2 times now, most recently in October and neither time did I ever have anyone from a government agency sign anything off, and both times got the card within 90 days with no delays.
