PR CARD NOT RECEIVED

i landed on 25th october 2012 and gave the immigration a canadian address for my pr card to be delivered, still nothing has been received. Should i worry. I have tried to contact the relivant people to see if it has been sent out yet but no one can help me because i am not in canada, so frustrating..........

According to CIC, they are processing new cards within 58 calendar days, which would mean yours was due to be ready on December 22nd.
I'd give it another week or so, to take into slow mail or office shut downs over Christmas. If you've not heard anything by the end of next week, chase it up.

thats what i thought to so have given it extra time to allow for the holidays. But i cant chase it up thats the thing im in the uk and i just cant get to speak to anyone they just tell me they cant help me as im not in canada......I could have swore at the last woman i spoke to on the phone about it they just didnt seem interested....so madening that there is no help from the uk side of it.....

There's also a fair bit of variation.
My wife and I landed at the same time. My card arrived in 8 weeks, hers took 10 weeks. Go figure
I certainly wouldn't be worried for a few weeks yet.
