Default PR Card Guarantor ?

Hi

This is just another bureaucratic way of making the immigrants shell out money and
causing inconvienence to the them. I have been in canada as a PR for more than 2
years and I do not know anybody at the positions specified above who will be my
Guarantor for PR card . In the end I will have to go to a notary public who will
charge me $100 for notifying the documents .

This is like a case I remember In India when a man was required by court to go to a
govt office and get a certificate to prove that he is alive .

Another canadian bureaucratic shit!!

If security was an Issue , they can give free replacement for the landing document
in the form of a card . No guarantors and stuff required if the PR himself goes and
gets it done .
