Default PR application and dates of signing

Hi,

I have question with regards to dates of signing the forms. Our sponsored people are not living in Canada currently.
So they sign and date the form on a particular date.

They forward it to our Canadian address.
We sign and date the forms wherever required on the forms on some date 1 to 2 weeks newer than the one signed by our parents.

Also, do we use electronic date-selecting tool or manually enter dates using
YYYY-MM-DD format when signing ?

There is also 2 checkmarks in main application, should we electronically check it using
pdf reader or checkmark it using a pen when signing. "Consent and Delcaration of Applicant on form
IMM0008enu_2d.pdf" ?

Can someone please give us some ideas please ?

It shall be mailed to CIC for processing.
Is that ok ? Anyone can please reply soon. We are asking parents to sign and put date. But what date to put there. Date on which they signed the application. Is that correct ?

Does this cause issues.
