I'm a PR of Canada since Dec 2006.I live in USA>

Recently I have got an offer from a Canadian company to work in USA for their US office. If I join them (in USA)will the time I spent counted as if I stayed in Canada?

Are you serious??? No of course it doesn't. Why not work for the company IN Canada?

You are wrong. It will count for PR, but not for citizenship.

You can also count Canadian residency days if you are outside Canada for an extended period of time for one of the following reasons:

You are accompanying your Canadian-citizen spouse or common-law partner.
You are a child accompanying a Canadian-citizen parent.
You are employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business, the Public Service of Canada or the public service of a Canadian province.

as long as the business meets the requirements here

It's also essential that the person is hired by the Canadian business and then sent overseas. For example, being hired directly by a U.S. subsidiary of Scotiaban likely won't do.
