Default PPR received but change in relationship status!

Hi all,

A question on behalf of a friend. He has just received PPR for him and his (now ex-)fiancee. They literally seperated just last week. She has no interest in obtaining PR and is returning to Europe (she was listed as spouse and he was the main applicant)

Is he able to land and then inform them of this status change or must it be done beforehand- therefore no doubt putting back the whole process by a couple more months?

Thanks in advance.

Immediately inform the processing office and wait for instructions. If he didn't require any adaptability points from her, he should be ok.

Thanks PMM- as suspected. Any idea how long it will put it back by?
