Default PPR problem for Virgin Cabin Crew!!!

Hi I'm looking ahead rather optomistically at this point as we are just submitting our full application after receiving our 120 day letter.
Regarding PPR, my wife is airline cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic who do long haul flights all the time, when/if she submits her passport how does she go on for work as she obviously needs it for her job??
Just wondered if anyone has any similar experience, thanks in advance!!!

Hi, I was crew when I was submitting mine. The only way around it is to take leave. You can pick it up in person from the embassy, that way it takes about 2wks I think (its on the cic website). It`s unfortunate that she doesn`t do Shorthaul as that would of been much easier! Good Luck!

If you write to/email CIC and explain the situation they might be able to turn it around quicker. Our immigration officer got us to drop our passports to her, and then they were ready 2 days later. But it's totally up to them, otherwise it's the two weeks - thursday to thursday.
