Default PPR- By email or by post?

Is Passport Request always received by email when processing at the CHC in London?

Just wondering if I should stalk the postman or my email...

Thanks.

I received an email from London with instructions on how my son should proceed to send his passport (because I was the principal applicant) .... he received a snail mail letter about 2 days later.

I would stalk both
