We only sent our updated info in at the beginning of February and used housing valuation and a mortgage letter with our current balance on it.

We have had our request for meds. and we are going on 17th May.

However we do realise that we have to sell the house to release unencumbered funds! So we have put the house up for sale and

Wish you luck with the meds and house sale, ours is on as well, local papers this week had over 100 pages of homes for sale just in this area
