postal strike imminent?

Default postal strike imminent?

does anyone know if the strike is 100% certain?

I was hoping to get my application out next week (watining on a final piece of paper) and i understand that buffalo doesnt accept fedex or ups, no? those police certs are well into thir 3 month validity period.

what to do....?

Yes they do.

You may send immigration applications, documents and passports by mail or commercial courier to our address in Buffalo. Courier packages must be sent to the Buffalo, NY address.

can you provide a link to that info? the CEC guide 5609 makes mention of Xpresspost only, which is why i asked
