Default Is it possible to bring another member of your family over?

We are planning a move to NB for 2014 hopefully under a LMO scheme and intend to apply for PR as soon as humanly possible.

Is it possible to then bring in another member of your family? My Husbands Mother has shown a keen interest in joining us which would be lovely as our son has a very close relationship with her - she will be retired by the time its feasible for her to come over but will have a good income from her pensions.

You will need to be a PR for either of those options!

This is the link to the family sponsor cic page but for the monent they put the parent sponsoring on hold to get rid of the huge backlog. But for the future that might be an option.

You could try the Supervisa, it's only 2 years but you hopefully the family sponsoring will be reopened by then otherwise it could give your son 2 extra years with Nana.

2 years can be renewed in land, potentially up to 10 years
