Need information on Ports of Entry for landing. Can I drive over the border from US?
(Vancouver). As I am already in Canada is there any other option to leaving the country

You can only "land" at a port of entry unless otherwise specified by an
immigration officer.

No other option, Douglas crossing will have someone from Immigration from
07:30 to 24:00, after midnight the office may be over at the Truck crossing. You could
also do it at the Huntingdon crossing between 8:00 and midnight.

Assuming that you re referring to landing, then the best approach would be to appear at a
port of entry at a nearby border crossing. If you have admission to the USA you may do it
as part of a day-trip, or by simply "rounding the flagpole," leaving Canada but not quite
entering the USA.
