Default Policre Clearance Certificates, Experts

Hi

I am a Quebec Applicant and I will son get my CSQ. I want to start
"colecting" PCC from the countries where I have lived for more that 6
months to have ready everything for the federal application. These
countries are: Cuba (I am a cuban citizen), Denmark and Canada. I know
that there is a list of countries that CIC will request PCC themselves
to those countries and somebody told me once that Cuba is in this
list. Is this correct?. I was trying very hard to find the list on the
Internet but unfortunately I did not find it. Can somebody confirm
that??

About the PCC from Canada I know that CIC is taking care of that, but
it seems that is taking sometime. Is there anything that I can do to
speed up this process (like fingerprinting or so) before CIC ask??

About the PCC from Denmark I guess I can call to the consulate in
Montreal and ask for one. Is this the procedure?

Thanks a lot!!!!
