Default Police Police Certificate

Hi

We have received a Polish criminal record check by the official means in Poland but the certificate is in Polish. The office advised that the English variant that they can offer is only for issue within the EU, and she advised that as this is for Canadian Immigration the English variant would not be accepted. So do I need to get this translated officially? Does anyone know how/where?

On a side note, my husband is Polish and only has PR in the UK, would his application through Canadian Immigration be considered as coming from the UK or Poland? Obviously since we live here and have work experience it's mostly UK based.

Thanks

I've just realised my spelling error in the title so sorry about that, I can't seem to edit it.

1. Go on line, look for certified translators, note that the document (if done outside Canada) will have to be certified as well see: Glossary
