Can anyone tell me what is "Household Registration Certificate"?
I used to work in Thailand and I was asked by the Canadian embassy
that I must submit a Thailand Police Clearance. I was given an address
where to send the request and need to provide "Household Registration
Certificate"
aside from the other obvious requirements.
