Police check - is this a record?
 

I've just received an all-clear on my SAR from Lothian & Borders Police. Here's the timeline:

14th March: I posted my request in California.
18th March: My request was posted back to me.
21st March: I received the all-clear on my SAR.

Allowing for delivery times, this is pretty darn impressive for L&BP. They said it could take up to 40 days, but it goes to show that the coppers can do extremely fast turnarounds.

I'm now only waiting on my FBI check ...
