what would happen if I apply from within Canada and dont have police clearance from
UK )does it take time to get it from within ) do I have to get it from within or is
it immigration who gets it.. any help thanks

I've been sponsored by my husband as a spousal inland application and UK is not on
the list for you to obtain your own police clearance, immigration do it for you. I
understand that only spousal sponsorships can be processed inland though.
