Pnp Manitoba
applied for PNP manitoba got ack. letter.........now how much time it will take for whole process...........me from INDIA

Applied for what exactly?
1. Did you already receive a PNP selection certificate from Manitoba and with such applied to CHC New Delhi for PR visa; or
2. you just applied form PNP certificate to Manitoba?
If (1) above then anywhere between 8 to 24 months from submitting PR application with valid PNP certificate to New Delhi.
If (2) above then you may wait well into next year (or years) just for PNP certificate if Manitoba already run out of their certificates for this year.
Sending unrequested medicals won't speed up anything.
