Default IS PNP best route for my PR?

I am currently in Vancouver on my 2nd working holiday visa and am employed as a store manager in a candy store downtown. I can still apply for one more working holiday visa but want to get the ball rolling on my PR. Is the PNP the best route for me to go?

Any advice or suggestions. I am applying on my own and have no spouse or dependants and I'm 27 years old not sure if age is relevant.

Many thanks

Nikki

Depends if your employer is happy to sponsor your PNP application, are they? If so, then that would be an easier route than as a FSW, as you wouldn't need to get a LMO first.

When does your WHV expire?

And I'll move the thread to immigration for you.

He's happy to sponsor me as long as I pay for the application which I don't mind doing. He just cant afford to help me. I just hope the business is eligble its a company with 2 stores but not that many employees including myself my store has 5 and the other store has 3 or 4 plus another manager and the owner but hopefully its fine.

My current working holiday visa expires November 31st so not sure whether to apply for the 3rd one as a backup or not

If you can get your boss to apply for PNP for you asap, then you should have plenty of time as you'll get a TWP at first stage approval anyway.

Your call if you want a back up with another WHV though.

Good luck.

Our pnp took 16w to go thru, we got it in October and have till April to apply for pr (on twp and sowp) it's a lot easier than all the other routes I've looked into!
