Has everyone had theirs taken by a photographer or photo booth ?

Photo booth or local standard UK passport photographer (e.g. Tesco's!) is fine. Ignore the blurb from CHC about 'these are not passport photo's' cos they are referring to CANADIAN passport photo's not UK! I took the specs into local photo shop and they looked at them and said 'Oh yeah thats std UK passport!'.

We had ours done by a photographer as we were't going to risk any delay at this stage, for the initial application we had morrisons photo booth pics.

Why risk further delays and complications for the sake of a few (not much more) quid?
