Default PGWP submitted, but I missed some passport stamps

Hi all,

I submitted my PGWP application online a month or so ago, and it asks for "any pages with stamps, visas or markings". I just now realized I did not include some of the most recent stamps in my passport including my most recent entry into canada (december 2014). I want to submit photos of the additional stamps but I don't see a way of doing that online. How should i go about this?

Thanks!

I suggest you send those pages to CPC Vegreville with a brief note stating that you missed sending the pages with the online application. Include your full name DOB, citizenship and UCI number or hope CIC don't notice it.

New Student work permits (includes Co-op, Internships and Post-Graduation Work Permits)
Send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration - Work Permit
CPC-Vegreville
6212 - 55th Avenue, Unit 555
Vegreville, AB
T9C 1X6

Im still confused as to how you missed those pages as a passport usually only has between 32 and 48 pages which are numbered and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to do it

Thanks very much for your help. I was reusing a version of my passport+stamps from a previous visa application, forgetting I had a few extra stamps from re-entering the country on short holidays. I thought I double checked everything but I guess not.

Thanks!
