Hi Folks,

I am currently struggling to remember every day and date my Family and I have taken a trip out the country for the last ten years.

How on earth are you supposed to find out all this detail??

What have you guys done to help you in the search for info?
I would be very interested to hear your stories for hints and tips etc.

I have put whatever I can prove on my passport [stamp wise]. In Europe there's no visa, so cannot remember all my trips.

I just looked at the dates on my photos, all of mine are on the computer and dated, so I checked those to give me an idea, and I also searched emails to find flight tickets/info, travel insurance etc. I was able to narrow it all down using those two things, despite travelling to Europe at least 4 times a year.

I checked our passports, holiday photos and looked back through my online diary.

I also wrote a section for our letter of explanation detailing everything that I had done to try and get it right, but that as Europe had open borders (and as my memory for dates is rubbish) some of the dates were to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah Thanks for your responses folks.
I have done practically the same thing and I am pretty close. We have used the same travel agent for the last number of years and she come up with some essential dates. I am almost there and ready to hit the upload button. This I think is the worst part as you are always heart afraid of getting an email to say that there has been an error and you need to start over!!
