Personal History/Address Cut-Off on the Schedule A Background Declaration
Hello,
My wife is filling out the personal history and address history on the Schedule A Background Declaration, and we are confused about an item - they ask for everything from your 18th birthday, or the last 10 years. My wife is older than 28, and her "oldest" history entry bridges beyond the 10 year mark. Should I just arbitrarily put 10 years ago today as the start date for the oldest entry on the personal history? Same question regarding the address. I'm hoping the answer is "yes," because we are talking about her childhood homes, and work history from a million years ago, both of which would be tough to pin down. We have everything else completely precise.
Let me know. Thanks!

From the guide "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent".
So yes, just the last 10 years if she's older than 28.
HTH.
