I have been asked by Canadian High Commssion, Islamabad to submit my
passport for visa stamping
I was refused a visitors visa from Australian High Commission, will
that have any effect on my PR visa Stamping, I will appreciate all the
assistance I can get.

It shouldn't. However, if you were asked at any point about such
refusals and you didn't respond accurately, then yes it will.
Good luck.

Since you have been asked for the passports for PR visa stamping, it
means that all processing is complete and CIC has determined that you
are approved for a Canadian PR visa.
Any visa refusals/notations on your passport are now immaterial.
In any case, Australian visa refusal has nothing whatsoever to do with
Canadian PR refusal, at least not at this stage.
So, no worries.
Best wishes.

Not entirely correct. If Australian visa was refused before Canadian PR
application and such fact hasn't been disclosed in the application then it
may still create problems, although unlikely. Nothing is completed until
visa is issued and immigrant lands as a PR in Canada.

Yes, that's true.
I didn't take dishonesty on part of the applicant into consideration
![Embarrassment](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/redface.gif)
But I think it will be difficult to lie about such visa refusals
because copies of all pages of the passport are submitted alongwith
the application.
I am not sure if this is a requirement or not, but I had submitted
copies of all pages in my passport, not just the profile pages.
That way they knew exactly which countries I visited, and the dates of
the visits.

Well the real situtation is as follows
Question in the Immigration form (Schedule 1): been refused admission
to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country, I replied 'NO'
I was of the view they asked refusal of admission at port of entry.
The refusal I got from Australian High Commision allows me to reapply,
that means I am not barred from entering Australia, I am right???
The surprsing fact is that I have studied in AUSTRALIA, I had two
years valid student visa which I did not utilize and came back home.
After the expiry of the student visa I applied for a visitor's visa
which was refused owing to the fact I will not come back, sound
amazing to me.
What do you suggest, will this refusal have any impact on my Canadian
PR visa stamping???????
