Default Paying a lawyer

Hi all,

I am just interested in finding out if it is worth using the services of an
immigration expert for my move to Canada. It seems that from all I have
read so far, they take away a lot of the hassle. Can anyone recommend a
company they may have used?? Or do most people go about it themselves??

Thanks,

Mark.

It depends who you hire. If you hire the wrong lawer they will add much more hassle for you.

Mark --

Using an immigration consultant or lawyer definetely has some
advantages.
How much of an advantage it is depends on your specific case.
If your education and experience is very varied and complex, it is
better to hire a consultant who has experience in preparing cases, and
a good track record of successful applications.

It is a hassle only when the lawyer/consultant turns out to be
dishonest, unskilled, inexperienced, or just too busy to give your
case due attention.

I did use an immigration law firm when I filed my case, and was pretty
satisfied with their services.
If you would like more info, please email me.

Best wishes.
