Passport request - how to upload online??
 

So after a long wait and much anxiety, I received a passport request for my permanent residence application. It says those from a visa exempt country have to upload it to their online account but which online account is this? I don't see any option to upload it on my GCkey account, my status tracker or the application portal.

Do I just submit it via the web form? Or does the visa processing centre upload it? Or what??
