Default Which Passing Points will be counted ?

Dear Firends,

When somebody apply for Immigration to Canada in independent Category from outside Canada, which point are counted at the time of his interview :

a) Passing Marks at the time when we applied ? (like 67 points these days)

-or-

b) Passing Marks at the time of his/her interview (suppose he/she is called for interview after 2-3 years and points at that time will be 75)

The pass mark at the time of application to get you into the processing
stage, then pass mark in force at time of assessment when in assessment
stage and finally the pass mark in force when visa is to be issued. You
simply must reach or exceed pass mark that is in force at any particular
stage of the process, whatever it will be. If pass mark goes up above your
score before your visa is issued you will be facing refusal. See here:
