Default Parent/grandparent super visa

Hi,
Potentially looking to get a supervisa for my 72 year old mother. I’m a PR, my wife and son are both Canadian citizens. I don’t see any problem with the process/requirements for this. However, just wondering if anybody has any experience, knowledge, insight or advice that they would want to share. Anything to watch out for? Anything to say, or not to say in the letter of invitation?

Anything would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

p.s. I did try to find any existing threads but nothing much came up.
