Default Option C

Sorry Me again, I think I am going to be annoying for the next two weeks as we are submitting our application at the end of this month.

My Canadian partner has only worked in Canada for around 6 months in 2002 and then she was in Canada not working for about three months in 2003. For the rest of the time she has working and living with me in the UK with me. Will we still need to submit an OPTION C printout or do we just put in an explanatory note. I really don't want the application to be returned but I cannot see how we can get an OPTION C printout when she has not filed taxes in Canada for over 5 years.

Thanks in advance, Jameso

No, just an explanation, but ensure the financial questionaire is completed and enclose a letter/declaration stating that once a visa is issued that she and you will be returning to Canada. You should state in your letter what your plans are for looking for work and housing.
