Default Online Visitor Visa Extension- Statutory declaration of Common-Law form HELP!

Hi Everyone! I am about to finish my online application to change my status in Canada from my IEC visa to a visitor visa while I await the results of an outland spousal sponsorship. According to the guidelines I need to include a 'statutory declaration of common-law' with my online application, however- if anyone has seen the document checklist where you upload all of your documents, it does not give the option to upload the declaration. Has anyone else been in this same situation? Maybe I am just missing something simple? Please help, this is all that's stopping me getting my application sent off! Thank you in advance! :-)
