Note to applicant???

On the immigration application, there is a sheet called "Note to
Applicant". I have noticed that on the bottom of the sheet it
says "Employment"...are they asking a yes or no question here, do they want to know what job position the person has or do they want the name of the company the person works for? I'm not sure what they are asking for...
