Default notarized employment contracts???!!!

hy,
i'm just getting ready to assemble the application package, and i was gonna go to my HR person tomorrow to give me a job description of what i do, and i read this:
"WORK EXPERIENCE
For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
• notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers,
accompanied by an English or French translation"
in USA we do not have an employment contract, just work on indefinite time.
what am i supposed to do? just have th HR write a letter with job descriptions?
thnks in advance.

Hi,

We typed up a formal request, asking for and quoting what the CHC needed, to all relevant employers , we enclosed whatever they returned to us, along with a copy of our request letter, to CHC with the package. We sent everything recorded delivery and even included the proof slips to CHC too ( one of my minor past employers didn't respond - at least i was able to prove i'd taken all reasonable steps to get what was required by CHC.
