Default NOC - How do you know which 'Skill Level' your job is??

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me how you find out the NOC Skill Level.
I think the NOC is 7218 as the job offered is Print Finishing Supervisor/Manager. My husband plans to get TWP once he has received LMO & job offer letter, and I was hoping that I could get SOWP. However I've read that I can only get a SOWP if he has a skill level of O, A or B.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
