Well, if you look at the reasons given do they appear to be accurate in = fact? If
there is some error in fact you may have grounds for an = appeal. Or if there is
an error in law, or both. To determine that you = may need to seek some
professional advice.

However, in most cases I would not recommend an appeal to my clients as = appeals are
long, expensive and all that you really get is another = interview. But, if there is
no other way, then you can try.

Also, get an assessment under the new regs and see if you do any better. = If so,
apply again.

So sorry to read your post. Where are you applying from? Have you considered the USA?

Hi!

If it's any consolation to you, the job market in Canada these days is not very good.
I think a lot of approved applicants are at least considering delaying their arrival
for as long as they can in order to arrive at a "better" time. Unless you have LOTS
of money to bring with you (say, six-to-twelve months of financial support), it may
actually be a blessing in disguise not to have succeeded this time, and you can
always re-apply when times are better and you're more prepared.

Good luck to you and your family.

Greg
