Default Spousal sponsorship

Good evening,

I have been accepted for spousal sponsorship and it has been processed I just need to send my passport to the Canadian embassy in the UK.

My 2 questions are:
1. How long is the return time to get my landed immigrant card
2. How long do I have before I need to land in Canada.

A 'landed immigrant' card doesn't exist (anymore?). You get the Permanent Resident card some time (normally around 60 days) after you arrive in Canada. You should be issued a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) within a couple of weeks of sending your passport/copy to the High Commission.

A COPR will normally be valid for one year from the medical exam.
