Default new baby born outside Canada

Me and my wife are canadian resident since 2001. We needed to return in our native country.
Now we are still there and we have a new baby born outside Canada.

Please advise us with:

- what is the shortest way to return in Canada together with baby?

- what is the procedure to sponsor the baby?

- it is possible to sponsor the baby evan the parents are outside Canada?

thanks,

Catalin

One of you is going to have to return to Canada to submit a sponsorship
application for the baby. Since you are not citizens, you cannot sponsor
while outside of Canada.

You will have to return to Canada and establish yourself as a resident
and then sponsor your child under the humanitarian and compassionate
gudielines.

Hi,

The process is very simple but there is no short cut. One of you have
to return to Canada and establish his/her PR. You need to apply for
Sponsoring a Relative or Family Member to Come to Canada.

Check link

All the info you require is written there.

Good Luck

God Bless you

If you are in Pakistan then you'll need a lot of good luck with getting
visitor visa for the baby under the circumstances.

Thank you all for the answers!

It seems that the only good option is to obtain a tourist visa for my baby...
I'm not from Pakistan... I'm from Romania. I hope that I'll obtain visa for my baby.
