Hi,

This is regarding the Application form for applying for Canada PR from the
Buffalo office.

I have two links with me for the forms. One is from the buffalo site and other from
the cic site.

There is some difference in the item numbers though the information asked is almost
the same on both the sites.

The one available on the buffalo consulate site is in .exe form and one can fill it
and then take the printout. Here is the link

Can someone tell me which one is the correct application form.
