Hi,

I am thinking about getting married with my girlfriend (US citizen) .. What should I
do in order to get her to Canada?

She wants to able to work in Canada as well.. Do I need to file the fiances visa for
her in order to come to get married?

Or she just come and get married with me, then apply for stay? Thanks!

For the purpose of getting married in Canada, it is not mandatory to submit a fiancee
sponsorship. If she is admitted as a visitor, you can marry while she is in Canada. A
sponsorship application, either abroad or inland will have the be processed in order
for her to be eligible for permanent resident status.

If you sponsor a spouse you do not have to meet the Low Income Cut Off.
