Default Need Help from Experts

Hi,
I get 72 points under the Federal Points System for Skilled Worker
Category. I have a real aunt(my moms sister) whos a PR in Ontario
Canada. If i add 5 points for her relationship I get to 77 which is
good enough for me to qualify. However, my aunts lawyers dint mention
her siblings names(i.e. my moms name) in her immigration forms on
which family and close(blood relation) relatives r mentioned. May be
because her case was that of assylum/refugee and they did not want to
complicate things further by giving the Canadian govt. any contacts of
her relatives. My question is:

1) Can i still claim the 5 points for relationship. Note-> I can
legally prove my relationship (nephew/aunt) with her and she is also
willing to provide all the necessary help. Will the Canadian govt. go,
dig up her immigration records ,forms and declarations. I dont want
her to get into any trouble coz of all this as what her laywers did
was concealing information.

I have already cleared the pre selection stage for Quebec Provincial
Nomination. Now Im eligible to apply for CSQ. I dont really want to do
that if i can go through the Federal System. I dont mind staying in
Quebec but ive heard they have higher taxes, their economy is not that
great and to top it all i have very basic French ability.

2) What if i move to Quebec but dont find a job there? Can i move to
another province where i find a job. What are the pros and cons of
that in terms of me getting Canadian citizenship after 3 years or so.

Thanx
