I just got my landing paper today from buffalo. I am being sponsored by my husband
who is a Canadian citizen.

On the landing paper, it shows my last name as my marriage name. On my passport, it
still shows my maiden name. In the application process, I filled out the form using
the name shown on my passport. I even sent them photocopy of my passport . However
when my husband sent the sponsorship kit to Mississauga at the beginning, he used my
marriage name.

Question is would it be OK to land with the landing paper and the ORIGINAL marriage
certificate which also shows my maiden name?

Your advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks

This should not cause yu any problems. Bring your mariage certificate when you land,
just in case. Jim Humphries, former visa officer
