my interview: did I got it or not ?

I had my interview at CHC Islamabad and after 45 minutes of interview I was refused
by interviewer saying that my bachelor degree is only two years, and my master degree
is not acceptable because awarding institution is not on their list. Interivewer did
not ask for police certificate and bank statement as I was refused.

Next day I got a call from CHC asking to submit police certificate, bank statement
and ROLF. The person who called said I've passed interview. I went to CHC and
sumitted required documents the same day. I have not yet recieved any official letter
of any kind: neither refusal not acceptance.

Does it mean they changed their decision and I passed interview ? What might be the
reason for initial refusal ? Any expert opinion is appreciated.

If anyone else have such an experience when they refused but later on passed the
intervew, please share your experience.
