Default my girlfriend

I've met my love in my last vacation in Italy and I was wondering if you can
advice me what we can do to get together.
I am landing immigrant, been here in Toronto for 3 year and soon I will
apply for citizenship, and she is Romanian citizen, working in Italy with a
temporary work permit which will expire at the end of the year.
I see myself two options so we can meet until the end of the year:
1. invite her here as tourist
2. try to find a job for her so she can apply for work permit.
Both of them are hard to pass. As tourist she must prove she has no
intention to remain here and with work permit is hard to get one.
My question: is it another way so we can be together this year ? If not,
what would be your recommendation between the two mentioned.

Thank you.

Nope, no other option, short of you moving to Romania with her.

Remember that if she gets her Canadian visa and/or gains admission as
visitor by lying, misrepresenting or omitting information then she will not
be eligible to be sponsored within Canada. So, it is a "Catch 22" here.

You just met her, so are you sure that she is the one you want to spent the
life with? If yes, then marry her and start sponsorship process ASAP.

Yes, this is the problem. We would want to spend more time together before
we get to the next step (marriage).
Practically speaking: what chances does she have to obtain the visitor visa
so we can be together for awhile (few months) ? I am aware that, if
everything goes right, we could end up getting married home in our country
and sponsorship her from there but I am not thinking so far now.

It may be pretty hard for Romanian young lady without any substantial ties
to home country to get any kind of temporary visa to Canada. But you won't
know until she tries.

Hi Andrew! How long will it take for spouse sponsorship? Once we get married, can my husband file a petition right away? Should he file the petition there in Canada or where we got married?

P.S He is a canadian citizen

If we try and we won't succeed would it affect the second time when we try
again ? I mean, should we do the best the first time because the second one
we'll have less chances because of the previous fail ?
Thank you.

Yes, second time she will have no chance at all if reasons for first refusal
are still there.

He can file immediately after wedding. Where? It depends if it is inland or
from abroad sponsorship.
