Hi, my gf from Japan is coming back to Canada after she visited here for 3 months. My gf came to Canada last July 20,2022 and went back to Japan October 23,2022. When she came here she was sent to secondary inspection asking her about me, her job, her funds for the trip, and return ticket. They let go of her after. We booked another ticket again this January 20,2023 for 2 weeks only just to celebrate our 1 year anniversary being together and after that she has to go back to Japan to start her permanent job. She will be starting her permanent job this April 1,2023 that’s why she decided to stay for 2 weeks. She also has her return ticket already booked for Feb 6, 2023. We were getting anxious if her come back will impose an issue to the immigration officers. She also has $2,000 and 2 credit cards with her to support herself. Do you guys think it will be an issue to the immigration officer coming back to a Canada after 3 months? I told her to print out her employment letter in Japan ( translated) and a return ticket just in case she needs to show them proof.
