Default Mr. Miller, your advice please

What is to be done if application for PR in Canada of a live-in caregiver and family has been denied due to health grounds? Are all cases of hepatitis B grounds for inadmissibility in Canada?

Can the principal applicant who worked as live-in caregiver for 2 years remain in Canada to legally work as live-in caregiver even after application for PR has been denied? If so, can she still work other than as live-in caregiver? Can she get her dependent child to study in Canada?
