Mr. Miller, Second Posting, Please Respond
My sister has been studying in the US for the past 3-4 years.
Singapore specific instruction only indicates the requirement for FBI
clearance where aas general instruction says you need both State and
FBI. Please let me know if we need both.

there.

Related to this question, any idea on how to obtain the police
certicates from the US (FBI) and States (California and Ohio) if I'm
living outside the US now?
